The degree of population health is one of the indicators in the human development index or HDI. This is reflected in Life Expectancy (UHH) at birth. UHH describes a person's survival ability which is closely related to his or her level of health.
The Pangkal Pinang City Central Statistics Agency noted that during the period 2020 to 2023 the UHH of Pangkal Pinang City experienced a constant increase. In 2023, the UHH of Pangkalpinang City will reach 75.01 years, which means that every baby born alive will have the opportunity to live until the age of 75 years.
The higher the UHH value in a region, the more successful the level of development in that region is.
