On August 13, 2024, the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Pangkal Pinang City released 3 Complete Enumeration Results Publications of the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) Phase II of Individual Agricultural Businesses (UTP), one of which is the Horticultural UTP.

The number of Horticultural UTP is the number of individual business units that carry out horticultural business activities that produce vegetable, fruit, ornamental, and medicinal plant products with the aim of selling or exchanging some or all of the results at business risk.

Based on the results of ST2023, BPS Pangkal Pinang City recorded the number of horticultural UTP in Pangkal Pinang City as many as 1,582 business units. Of the 7 sub-districts, Gerunggang sub-district is the sub-district with the largest number of UTP, namely 759 business units.
