July 2023, Navy Passengers departed 44.49 thousand and came 65.28 thousand

Abstract

The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers departing from the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in July 2023 was recorded at 44.49 thousand people, up 15.90 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-July 2022), the flow of departing passengers experienced an increase of 4.90 percent.

The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers arriving in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in July 2023 was recorded at 65.28 thousand people. This number increased by 76.34 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-July 2022), the flow of arriving passengers decreased by 5.58 percent.

The volume of goods loaded at the port in July 2023 was 355.64 thousand tons, a decrease of 6.87 percent when compared to the previous month which amounted to 381.87 thousand tons.

The volume of goods unloaded during July 2023 was 169.56 thousand tons, an increase of 19.54 percent compared to the previous month which amounted to 141.84 thousand tons.

The number of air transportation passengers departing from Bangka Belitung Islands in July 2023 was recorded at 83.92 thousand people, a decrease of 3.41 percent compared to the previous month.

The number of passengers coming to the Bangka Belitung Islands by using air transportation in July 2023 was recorded at 94.28 thousand people, an increase of 8.42 percent compared to the previous month.
