Kepulauan Bangka Belitung February 2024, sea transportation passengers departed 30.84 thousand people arrived 29.10 thousand people

Abstract

The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers departing from Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in February 2024 was recorded at 30.84 thousand people, down 22.04 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-February 2023), the flow of departing passengers increased by 39.79 percent.
The number of inter-island sea transportation passengers arriving in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province in February 2024 was recorded at 29.10 thousand people. This number decreased by 27.82 percent compared to the previous month. When compared to the same period last year (January-February 2023), the flow of arriving passengers increased by 6.64 percent.
The volume of goods loaded at the port in February 2024 was 293.20 thousand tons, a decrease of 18.62 percent compared to the previous month which amounted to 360.30 thousand tons.
The volume of goods unloaded during February 2024 was 95.63 thousand tons, a decrease of 25.04 percent compared to the previous month which was 127.58 thousand tons.
The number of air transportation passengers departing from Kepulauan Bangka Belitung in February 2024 was recorded at 72.12 thousand people, an increase of 12.73 percent compared to the previous month.
The number of passengers coming to Kepulauan Bangka Belitung by using air transportation in February 2024 was recorded at 70.35 thousand people, an increase of 0.51 percent compared to the previous month.
