Official News Release of Pangkal Pinang City Inflation Development Statistics January 2025

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pangkal Pinang City is again holding the release of Official Statistics News (BRS). Head of BPS Pangkal Pinang City, Dewi Savitri SST, M.Si explained the concept/definition and explained various event notes before explaining the figures that would be released. At this release also present was the Acting (Pj) Mayor of Pangkal Pinang M. Unu Ibnudin, S.E., M.Sc.

Head of BPS Pangkal Pinang City Dewi Savitri SST, M.Si explained that in January 2025, there would be m-to-m deflation of 0.96% and y-on-y deflation of 0.24%. The main contributor to deflation in January 2025 on an m-to-m basis was the Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel group with a contribution of 2.18%. The main contributing commodities to deflation in January 2025 m-to-m are Electricity Tariffs, Air Transport, Singkur Fish. The main contributor to deflation in January 2025 on a y-on-y basis was the Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel group with a contribution of 2.12%. The main contributors to deflation in January 2025 on a y-on-y basis are Electricity Tariffs, Air Transport and Red Onions.
