Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS-Statistics to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. SKD 2024 results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance , anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the proportion of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The scope of analysis of the 2024 SKD results is PST BPS Pangkalpinang City
