Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics Pangkalpinang Municipality 2023

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS-Statistics to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. SKD 2023 results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance , anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the proportion of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The scope of analysis of the 2023 SKD results is PST BPS Pangkalpinang City. SKD results show that the value of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) in PST BPS Pangkalpinang City is 93.54, which is a very good category.
