Abstract

The number of guests staying at star hotels in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in December 2022 was recorded at 47,632 people. This number increased by 14.19 per cent compared to the number of guests in the previous month, namely 41,714 people. In this case, the number of domestic guests and foreign guests increased by 14.03 percent and 41.32 percent respectively.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in December 2022 reached 36.99 percent, up 1.75 points compared to the November 2022 TPK which was recorded at 35.24 percent.
The highest TPK of star hotels by district / city in December 2022 was in Central Bangka Regency at 51.37 percent and the lowest was Bangka Regency with a room occupancy rate of 22.16 percent.
In December 2022, the average length of stay of all guests in star hotels was 1.81 days, a decrease of 0.04 days compared to the previous month.
