The number of guests staying at star hotels in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in May 2022 increased by 93.69 percent compared to the number of guests in April 2022.

Abstract

The number of guests staying at star hotels in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in May 2022 was recorded at 48,074 people. This number increased by 93.69 percent compared to the number of guests the previous month which was 24,820 people. The number of domestic guests rose by 94.75 percent while the number of foreign guests fell by 7.36 percent.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star hotels in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in May 2022 reached 39.32 percent, an increase of 15.51 points compared to the ROR in April 2022 which was recorded at 23.80 percent.
The highest ROR for star hotels by district/city in May 2022 was in Central Bangka Regency at 52.53 percent and the lowest was Bangka Regency with only 24.23 percent.
In May 2022, the average length of stay of all guests at star hotels was 1.75 days, an increase of 0.04 days compared to the previous month.
