Abstract

The number of guests staying at star hotels in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in March 2022 was recorded at 36,632 people. This number increased by 38.19 percent compared to the number of guests the previous month which reached 26,509 people. The number of domestic guests rose by 37.62 percent while the number of foreign guests rose by more than three times.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star hotels in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in March 2022 reached 34,12 percent, down 8.22 points compared to the TPK in February 2022 which was recorded at 25.90 percent.
The highest ROR for star hotels by district/city in March 2022 was in Central Bangka Regency (43.40 percent), followed by Pangkalpinang City (38.70 percent) Belitung Island (33.02 percent), and Bangka Regency (14.77 percent).
In February 2022, the average length of stay of all guests at star hotels was 1.68 days, a decrease of 0.01 days compared to the previous month.
