Abstract

Exports in February 2017 reached US $ 131.2 million

The export value of Bangka Belitung province in February 2017 reached US $ 131.2 million, an increase of 93.30 percent compared to the export value in February 2016.
tin export value increased by 88.17 percent, while nonTimah rose 103.65 percent (y-on-y).
Cumulatively, the export value of Bangka Belitung province from January to February 2017 reached US $ 293.5 million. Lead role reached 73.23 percent.
Singapore absorb 39.88 percent (US $ 85.7 million) exports of tin and 36.19 per cent (US $ 28.4 million) export nonTimah.
The export value of Mineral Fuels (HS 27) in January-February 2017 reached US $ 38.3 million, or 48.80 percent of total exports nonTimah Bangka Belitung Islands.

Imports in February 2017 reached US $ 7.3 million

Import Value Bangka Belitung province in February 2017 amounted to US $ 7.3 million, up 5.55 percent compared to February 2016. Thus, imports from January to February 2017 to US $ 11.8 million.
A total of 83.61 percent of imports from January to February 2017 in the form of oil and gas, all from Singapore and Vietnam.
gas imports are dominated by machinery / mechanical (HS 84) amounted to 89.37 per cent (US $ 1.9 million).
Singapore again become a major exporter to Bangka Belitung Islands with a value of US $ 8.6 million (72.79 percent).
