EXPORT Bangka Belitung Islands
MONTH FEBRUARY 2016 REACHED US $ 54.08 MILLION

  • The export value of Bangka Belitung Islands in February 2016 amounted to US $ 54.08 million, an increase of 10.44 percent over the export value in January 2016 which amounted to US $ 48.97 million. Total exports are divided on tin exports amounted to US $ 45.42 million and nontimah of US $ 8.66 million.
  • Tin is the largest export which contribute 76.12 per cent of the total exports of the Province of Bangka Belitung. The main objective of tin exports from January to February, 2016 was Singapore, which reached US $ 36.40 million, or 46.41 percent of the total exports of tin, followed by India of US $ 12.01 million (15.31 percent), Taiwan US $ 6.59 million (8, 41 percent), Korea US $ 6.39 million (8.14 percent) and the Netherlands US $ 5.17 million (6.59 percent).

  • Import value of Bangka Belitung Islands in February 2016 was recorded at US $ 6.88 million, increased by 86.02 percent over the previous month of US $ 3.70 million.
  • Until the month of February 2016 which has the largest import value is a class of ships and floating structures (HS 89) of US $ 3.30 million, contributed 90.10 percent of the total imports of Bangka Belitung province. Followed by machinery / mechanical (HS 84) of US $ 0.22 million (6.12 percent), machinery / electrical equipment (HS 85) and ceramic (69), each for US $ 0.04 million (1 , 09 and 1.05 per cent), iron and steel (HS 72) US $ 0.02 million (0.68 percent) as well as objects of iron and steel (73) of US $ 0.01 million (0.18 percent) ,
