Abstract

EXPORT Bangka Belitung Islands
MONTH APRIL 2016 TO ACHIEVE US $ 110.48 MILLION

  • The export value of Bangka Belitung Islands in April 2016 amounted to US $ 110.48 million, a significant increase of 129.22 percent over the export value in March 2016 which amounted to US $ 48.20 million. Total exports are divided on tin exports amounted to US $ 98.46 million and nontimah of US $ 12.02 million.
  • Tin is the largest export which contribute 81.26 per cent of the total exports of the Province of Bangka Belitung. The main objective of tin exports until April 2016 was Singapore, which reached US $ 125.31 million or 58.91 percent of the total exports of tin, followed by India of US $ 18.44 million (8.67 percent), the Netherlands US $ 16.96 million (7.97 percent), Taiwan US $ 16.46 million (7.74 percent), and USA US $ 10.64 million (5.00 percent).

MONTH APRIL 2016 TO ACHIEVE US $ 5.78 MILLION

  • Import value of Bangka Belitung Islands in April 2016 was recorded at US $ 5.78 million, increased by 35.51 percent compared to the month of March 2016 amounted to only US $ 4.26 million. This increase occurred both on oil imports amounted to 36.91 percent and non-oil, which rose by 27.17 percent.
  • Until January - April 2016 that have the largest import value is the class of ships and floating structures (HS 89), amounting to US $ 3.30 million, contributed 65.29 percent of the total imports of Bangka Belitung province.
