Abstract

The labor force in February 2015 reached 691 928 people, increased by 51 028 people compared to the total labor force in February 2014 amounted to 640 900 people.
The number of people working in February 2015 than in February 2014 rose as much as 44 996 people. On February 2015 the number of people who work as many as 668 754 people, and in February 2014 as many as 623 758 people.
Unemployment Rate (TPT) in February 2015 reached 3.35 percent, higher than in February 2014 TPT of 2.67 percent.
Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) in February 2015 amounted to 70.20 percent, up by 3.36 percent from 66.84 percent in February 2014.
The percentage of employment in the primary sector in February 2014 showed a decline of 8.5 percent, while the secondary and tertiary sectors increased by 0.64 percent and 7.86 percent compared to February 2014
The mining sector experienced a decline in the number of workers who pretty much that is equal to 9.08 per cent from February 2015 compared with February 2014 conditions or reduced by 39 516 people.
In February 2015, the number of hours employees work less than 8 hours per week had a relatively small portion, namely, 7142 people (1.06 percent) of the total population 15 years and over who worked amounted to 668 754 people.
In February 2015, the open unemployment rate the highest in the group of junior high school education that is equal to 2.35 percent down. While the lowest is in the group of Diploma and above that, at 0.04 percent.
