Survey of KSA Corn in the Air Mawar sub-district, Bukit Intan sub-district

On this day (24/02/2021) BPS Pangkalpinang City carried out the KSA Corn Survey activity in Air Mawar sub-district, Bukit Intan sub-district. The survey was carried out by officer Elly Isjarwati.

The survey carried out this time was accompanied by the Head of Pangkalpinang City BPS (Ahmad Thamrin) and Pangkalpinang City Food and Agriculture Service Officers.

Currently, the availability of valid and accurate food data is important during this Covid-19 pandemic. Valid and up-to-date food data is very important in making government policies, especially the supply of food commodities. Considering the importance and strategic importance of food data, in the last seven days of each month BPS conducts the Area Sample Framework (KSA) survey.

Area Sample Framework Survey (KSA) to obtain objective, accurate, fast and modern harvested area data by using the KSA device/application installed on the officer's android. So that agricultural data collected (rice and corn commodities) is accurate and timely.
