Today the Publication of the Analysis of the Results of the Pangkalpinang City Data Needs Survey 2020 has been released and can be downloaded on the Pangkalpinang City BPS website.

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services.

In general, the purpose of implementing SKD is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information.
