The results of the development of the Pangkalpinang City Consumer Price Index during October 2020.

During October 2020 Pangkalpinang City experienced a deflation of -0.32% with a 2020 calendar year deflation rate of -0.70% and a year-on-year deflation of -0.97%

Consumer Price Index is an index that calculates the average price change in a period, from a collection of prices for goods and services consumed by residents/households in a certain period of time.

These types of goods and services are grouped into 7 groups, namely foodstuffs; processed foods, beverages, cigarettes, and tobacco; housing area; clothing; health; education, recreation and sports; transport and communication.
