Submission of Poverty Rate in 2019

On December 30, 2019, BPS Head of Pangkalpinang Municipality, Mr Ahmad Thamrin together with the Section Heads met with the Mayor of Pangkalpinang, Maulana Akil, to submit Pangkal Pinang City's Poverty Rate 2019.

At this meeting, the Head of BPS of of Pangkalpinang Municipality explained that the poverty rate of Pangkalpinang Municipality in 2019 was 4.25% with a total population of 9000 poor people and a poverty line of Rp. 748,487 / capita / month. This poverty rate presentation was also attended by the Head of Bappeda, the Social Service and the Information and Communication Office of Pangkalpinang City.
